A GAME ABOUT WHERE THINGS GOEvery item you recover must be physically placed into a mercenary's 4x4 inventory grid. A cleaver beside oil can become a sweeping strike. Greekfire beside a torch can turn a pack into a weapon. Holy relics, cursed charms, armor, food, tools, and blades all change depending on what they touch.

CHOOSE THREE DOOMED MERCENARIESBuild each run around a three-person warband chosen from nine mercenary archetypes, including the Witch-hunter, Plague Doctor, Templar, Apostate, Sin-eater, Bone-Setter, Hollow Bride, Flagellant, and Gallows-Born.
Each mercenary has different stats, item restrictions, starting gear, and build hooks. Some thrive on armor. Some weaponize poison. Some make cursed objects look almost reasonable.
THREE REGIONS. THREE BOSSES. NO CLEAN VICTORIES.Travel through the Plagued Hamlet, the Forest of Hangings, and the Black Cathedral. Each region brings its own enemies, encounter tables, items, and boss.
Death ends the run, but not the work. Relics, achievements, and unlocks return to the Hideout, where you open new gear, new mercenary options, and new ways to build the next doomed expedition.
