Turn a bucket in a garden shed into the only brewery in town. Brew, bottle and sell door to door, sabotage the lager monopoly, rob the competition and outrun the consequences, alone or with mates who are, legally speaking, "volunteers". Nice garage.

Your business plan: brew something better, sell it out of the boot, and find out how far "small business owner" stretches before it becomes "organised crime".
Brew it.Brew by hand, bottle by hand, cap by hand and regret every life choice by hand.
Then grow, from the shed to a garage, a unit on the industrial estate, an old maltings, and finally a proper brewery with your name on the side.
Brewhouses, fermenter banks, kegs, casks and a fully automated bottling line that runs beautifully right up until it jams.
