Samurai action as a blind swordsman who sees by sound. In the [Eternal Night], enemy footsteps become waves of light that reveal where they are. Read the dark, slash, guard, roll and execute foes. Pick a card each stage to build your swordplay, and face the [Darkest Hour], who stole the [Ember].
Long ago, humanity was granted the [Ember] by the gods, and flourished by lighting up the dark.
But the [Darkest Hour], a cunning human faction, struck a bargain with the gods and reclaimed the [Ember],
then named the righteous who could stand in the way of its plan the [Dawn], and assassinated them one by one.
Over a world stripped of every [Ember], the [Eternal Night] fell, where no one can see what lies ahead.
The last [Dawn] left alive is a swordsman who has lost both eyes.
Seeing the world by ear rather than by sight, he takes up the blade and sets out once more.
Combat You HearThe screen is drowned in darkness. Each time an enemy's foot strikes the ground, the sound ripples out as a wave of light, and only in that moment does their outline appear.
Sense where the unseen enemy stands, and strike first.

Guard, roll, counter: Turn attacks aside with guards and dodge rolls, and strike back in the opening they leave.
