A narrative platformer where you play as a yoyo. It tells a story about growing up, having to leave everything behind and rebuilding your life somewhere new.
Capicú is a personal and emotional yoyo game. Walk (or swing) around a personal experience growing up in Venezuela, all the little moments shared together with our families and how that was all taken away. Welcome to my memories, you're formally invited to swing around, mess with everything and maybe start a conversation.
FeaturesA nostalgic but comedic take on autobiographical narrative about migration.
A physics-based yoyo mechanic that lets you latch, swing and launch around.
Fully narrated (and badly sung) dialogue based on gaitas (folk songs) and personal commentary.
Enjoy a traditional Venezuelan Christmas Party dinner and snacks. How could we forget the pan de jamón?
Being able to feel a bit closer to those that you miss.
What a sweet thing to remember,
Those beautiful days back then,
What a shame that people now
Will never see those days again.
