So ends one of the magnetic tapes from Š-7, a secret facility of the Czechoslovak State Security, hidden beneath a mountain since 1948. A month later, as the regime collapses above ground, they send you down. You are Lieutenant Tomáš Vlk, and your orders are clear: document, destroy the archives, deal with the surviving witnesses. Alone.
THE STORYŠ-7 ran for 36 years: 247 test subjects, three directors and one classified program — the Theta protocol. For years they kept something locked behind an isolation pod and studied it.
