The hard part is surviving what emerges from your own mind. Enemies—projections of your mental deterioration—appear more frequently the lower your sanity gets.
During each race, you’ll pick up upgrades that unlock unique abilities, manage your energy, and make decisions that affect both your car’s performance and your perception of the world around you.
