A multiplayer backrooms extraction game up to 4 players where you manage your own base and enter open, non-linear levels to complete objectives, explore unknown environments, and gather resources and items needed to survive.
M.E.G Operative ExperienceYou play as a field operative working for M.E.G. (Major Explorer Group). Your mission is to explore the Backrooms from a central base of operations. This base can be expanded and improved over time, unlocking upgrades, new systems, and purchasable equipment that enhance your survival and exploration capabilities.
Cooperative Exploration (Up to 4 Players)You can explore the Backrooms alone or in a team of up to 4 players. Communication is supported through proximity voice chat, making coordination natural, but also risky when separated or in hostile areas.
Based on the Backrooms WikiThe game is heavily inspired by established Backrooms wiki lore. Many of the entities, levels, and concepts are adapted or reinterpreted from existing documented material, maintaining consistency with the broader Backrooms universe while adding interactive gameplay systems.

Layouts, encounters, and conditions can shift over time, making each run unpredictable even in familiar areas. Exploration is never fully safe or fully repeatable.
Immersive VHS PresentationThe game focuses on immersion through atmosphere and presentation. A realistic VHS-style camera system is included as an optional feature, enhancing tension and realism while exploring the unknown.
Liminality – Pure Exploration ModeLiminality is an alternative mode focused entirely on exploration. It removes player stats, entities, and multiplayer interaction, offering a solitary experience where you navigate the levels without threats, objectives, or external influence, emphasizing atmosphere and environmental immersion.
