A co-op extraction horror where your crew of plague doctors are sent back through time to investigate a blight that has consumed the future. Collect evidence of the blight and avoid the horrors that blight has created.
A temporal blight consumed civilization centuries from now, leaving only one desperate solution: send plague doctors back to the beginning.
Up to 4 players co-op extraction horror game, you and your crew are initially dropped into a medieval village in the year 1367 to uncover how the infection first began.
Search abandoned homes, sewers, and plague pits for evidence of the blight’s origin. Recover artifacts, samples, and anything valuable enough to risk carrying home.
Bring back enough evidence to continue the investigation.
Do not let the blight follow you home.
