Some things are not told by the customer but will surly make their stay a more positive or negative experience, which will affect their tip and review.
.Hire employeesEach employee has their personal attributes, happiness and stamina. They take breaks, make mistakes and sometimes don't show up for work. It's up to you to cover for them or find other solutions.

Think about ramping up your ingredients so that your dishes won't smell like yesterday's leftovers. Maybe invest in some high grade decor, or those napkins that your customers desperately need, so much to buy, so little cash..
